We started our day with breakfast and discussed a gripe and a gratitude with our literature circle groups. We had presenter come from Young MovieMakers to ask for student mentors to participate. We had the day to do what we thought was best for our productivity, and chose from Reading our L.C. book, starting the D.J. #2, starting the A.N.R.D. or the final project.  Ms. Witham discussed possible prompts that we could use for our Autobiographical Rough Draft, which included a distressing moment, a talent, an idea for your education, or a unique story about yourself.
Next, the class went to our work as mentioned above, with students who had finished the book working on their second Dialectic Journal or brainstorming the A.N.R.D.  The portion of the class who had not yet finished their Lit. Circle Reading book either read their book or worked on their Dialectic Journal.
Our class, behind schedule, is required to finish our Lit. Circle books by Tuesday, October 18.  We are also assigned to do our "Covers" for our Lit. Circle reading books.  We will be turning our Dialectic Journal into Luminous Passages, which will be put into our final project pamphlet.  PSAT (NMQST) on Wednesday!  Literature Circle meeting October 18.

We were asked to read the Autobiographical Narrative Essay Guidelines paper.
